These are the rules every Creator must read and accept before booking sessions on the Kapture platform. They exist to keep Reps safe and to keep every session running smoothly on-platform.
1. Location & Session Safety Rules
1.1 No Private Residence Sessions
Creators may not invite, request, or direct a Rep to enter a private residence under any circumstances. No houses, apartments, hotel rooms, or Airbnb interiors. Sessions must take place in public locations, commercial establishments, outdoor spaces, or public-facing venues. Violation = immediate account suspension.
1.2 Public Location Requirement
Sessions must be conducted in visible, reasonably populated public areas. Creators may not request or steer a session toward an isolated, poorly lit, or secluded location. If a Rep determines a location is unsafe, the Creator must accept the Rep's decision to relocate or cancel.
1.3 No Transportation Requests
Creators may not ask a Rep to drive them, offer a Rep a ride, or ask a Rep to enter a vehicle with them. Transportation is not part of the service.
2. Professional Conduct Rules
2.1 No Physical Contact
Creators must not initiate or engage in physical contact with a Rep. Exceptions: handing over a device or directing a camera angle at the Rep's invitation.
2.2 No Personal Relationship Solicitation
Creators may not flirt with Reps, ask for dates, request personal contact information, or continue communication outside the app. All communication must remain within Kapture.
2.3 No Alcohol or Substance Pressure
Creators may not pressure a Rep to consume alcohol or drugs before or during a session, or ask a Rep to continue a session while the Creator is intoxicated or behaving unsafely. A Rep may end the session if this occurs.
3. Content & Privacy Rules
3.1 Scope of Requests
Creators may only request content within the agreed session type and scheduled session time. Creators may not ask a Rep to record outside of that scope or in a way that violates platform policy.
3.2 On-Platform Delivery
Creators may not ask a Rep to bypass the real-time upload policy or transfer files off-platform. All content is delivered through Kapture unless a system failure occurs.
3.3 Respect for Rep Discretion
Creators may not pressure a Rep into capturing content the Rep is not comfortable with, or into continuing to record once a session has formally ended.
4. Payment & Financial Rules
4.1 No Off-Platform Payments
Creators may not offer cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or any discount or payment arrangement outside the app. All payments must go through Kapture.
4.2 No Side Deals
Creators may not attempt to hire a Rep directly as a private, recurring contact outside the platform. Violation = removal.
5. Safety & Respect Escalation Rules
5.1 Rep's Right to Exit
If a Rep ends a session early or declines to continue for safety reasons, the Creator must accept this without argument, pressure, or retaliation, including through reviews or ratings.
5.2 Reporting, Not Confronting
If a Creator has a concern about a Rep's conduct, it must be reported through the app rather than resolved directly with the Rep off-platform.
6. Session Environment
Creators are responsible for ensuring the session environment is safe, legal, and appropriate. Creators may not request that a Rep enter an unsafe, illegal, or private setting, and may not make explicit or offensive requests of any kind.
7. Scheduling Responsibility
7.1 Timely Start
Creators are responsible for being ready and present at the scheduled time and location for their session.
7.2 No-Shows
Creators who fail to show up for a booked session forfeit the full session fee of $64.
7.3 Cancellation Window
For sessions booked in advance, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time to avoid a charge.
7.4 Late & Instant-Booking Cancellations
Cancellations inside the 24-hour window, or of an instant booking, are free of charge unless the Rep has already headed to the session location, in which case a $15 cancellation fee applies.
8. Zero Tolerance Violations
Immediate account suspension for:
- Inviting or directing a Rep into a private residence
- Sexual misconduct or harassment
- Physical altercations
- Theft
- Soliciting off-platform payment
- Retaliating against a Rep for a safety-based cancellation
